Domestic Shipping
Éclaté offers free DHL 2nd Day Air and GLS 2nd Day shipping for all orders within France valued 1,000 euro or more. For shipments valued less than 1,000 euro, a small shipping fee based on your area applies.
Standard shipping includes insurance, signature confirmation, and high-quality packaging. All items are shipped within 1-2 business day from the receipt of payment. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except for holidays).
International Shipping
International shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days to arrive from the order date. We ship internationally with FedEx, or on occasion with DHL or GLS, depending on location. Éclaté offers free shipping for all international orders valued 1,000 euro or more. For shipments valued less than 1,000 euro, the shipping fee applies based on your area and varies between 20 euro to 60 euro.
Please note Éclaté now covers any import duties, goods, and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), customs fees, and any other tax on top of the purchase price. So no additional costs to you! Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance. All shipments are tracked and insured.
Shipping Schedule
