We make every effort to describe and photograph all the items accurately, however, if you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase or you simply didn’t like the item, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. Please notify us via email: returns@eclate.eu
All returned item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as sold to you and include all original labels, security tags, all the accessories and be in its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for postage fees and the parcel until it has arrived safely with us. We highly recommend returning your items using a tracked & signed service to ensure they arrive with us and prevent the items from being lost by the chosen postal service.
You will receive an email from us once we receive and inspect your return, informing you if the return was approved or not. If it is approved, it means that we have already processed a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund within 7 business days. In order to cover the payment provider fees, 2% will be deducted from the returned amount.
